Cancellation Terms
Unfortunately on the odd occasion, our plans do sometimes change and we have to cancel.
- Cancellations need to be made by email to info@kittiesstaycation.co.uk with reference to your booking
- If you the cat owner "Booked" me, but needs to cancel with more than 14 days notice, there will be no cancellation fee and a full refund will be given within 10 working days
- If you the cat owner cancels 13 days or less after payment of your invoice, you will be charged 50% of what has been paid,payment will be returned within 10 working days
- if you cancel outside the notice period, which is 1 week up to your booking for reasons you do not want to go ahead with the booking or that your holiday plans have changed I do have the right to keep full payment which also includes the service I have already provided to you.
- If you the cat owner cancels during a booking there is no refund or if you the client returns home early, for any reason, again no reductions or refund will be made.
- sometimes there can also be extenuating circumstances and you have to cancel due to a death in the family, or the death of the pet, I will therefore refund 80% of what has been paid for the booking
